Opened in the year 2000, this 6-storey complex comprises several buildings with a total of 58 accommodation units of which 45 are studios and 13 are suites. Guests have access to all facilities on the sprawling holiday complex that comprises the apartment complex as well as the neighbouring hotel. A foyer with a 24-hour reception desk welcomes guests and offers safes, a currency exchange bureau and a lift. Additional facilities on offer include shops, a hairdresser's salon, several bars (including a cocktail bar), a games room and, per complex, a main restaurants as well as an additional 2 air-conditioned à la carte restaurants with highchairs for infants, a pizzeria and a public Internet terminal. Laundry services as well as medical assistance may be taken advantage of as can car parking and garage facilities.
