The apartment residence is split into 2 modern buildings linked by a beautiful panoramic reception made of wood and glass. Surrounded by a typical Italian garden, it offers 81 well-equipped apartments (for 2 or 4 persons). The residence also offers a great range of amenities and facilities. It is air-conditioned and has a 24-hour reception, lift access, a bar, a snack bar, a restaurant with terrace and pergola and a laundry service (subject to fees). Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car in the form of a car park and parking garage (the latter subject to fees).
Directions
From Ciampino airport take the bus to the metro station Anagnina. Once at Anagnina, take the metro line A (direction Battistini) and get off at Valle Aurelia/MA. Take the bus number 31 (towards Aeronautica/Do.) and after 3 stops get off at the Leone XIII /Pio XI stop. The Residence is just 400 m from the bus stop. From FCO airport take the train FM1 to Termini station and there the tube linea A (direction Battistini) and get off at Valle Aurelia/MA. For the stays from 1 to 3 nights included, the housekeeping is daily and for the long stays housekeeping is every 7th day. There is a deposit per apartment (cash, chack or credit card) that has to be paid upon arrival and it ts refundable at the end of the stay.
